We offer live-in and live-out nanny services across Canada for those families in need of extra help with household chores and childcare. We are equipped to bring in nannies who currently reside in Canada or from abroad depending on your family’s needs. It can be a lengthy process to hire a nanny from overseas but well worth it. Helping Hands Caregiver & Nanny Agency is here to assist you and your family throughout the entire process from initiation of paperwork to bringing the nanny into your home. Family dynamics are extremely important, that is why we do our best to gather as much information regarding your family’s needs to provide the just-right-fit between your family and nanny.

We have representatives situated in various regions across Canada who are available to answer any questions and assist you further.

In terms of caregiver services, we offer a wide range of aide services which will enable seniors and other individuals living with disability or illness to reside in their home for as long as possible. Home care services may be offered on a long term or short term basis and are offered within Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton. Helping Hands Caregiver & Nanny Agency will offer relief to families with members that need additional support within their own home or a family member’s home. Services are implemented in the community but developed through programs mandated by the provincial government or by private agencies. These programs are being used more frequently than in the past due to an increase in demand.

Private agencies, such as ours provide an element of choice and flexibility for potential clients, which would not be possible within the public system. Private organizations, such as Helping Hands Caregiver & Nanny Agency would be able to place a caregiver in the client’s home as soon as a he or she is discharged from the hospital.

Helping Hands Caregiver & Nanny Agency employs quality trained caregivers and nannies that would provide efficient, affordable and dependable care, assisting seniors and families in their daily routines. Furthermore, the Case Workers employed by Helping Hands Caregiver & Nanny Agency will conduct a Client-Needs Assessments and Interviews within the potential client’s home where he or she would be residing in order to identify their exact needs.
