Note:

The family who is recruiting a Nanny must also provide one-way airfare from the Nanny's home country to your home.

Please note that applicable taxes are extra.
(If you are not in a major city, additional transfer fees may apply)

*Agency Fee:
Helping Hands Caregivers & Nanny Agency Processing Fees for searching for candidates, interviewing them, documentation etc.
No Refunds will be issued.

**Recruitment Fee:
The fees of the Overseas Recruitment Agency.
We have not laid out a price for this, as this fee depends on the fees of the agency, which varies depending on the type of agency, Country etc.

This fee includes:

- Recruitment of the Nanny

- Preparing the Nanny's Resume, references etc

- Assisting the Nanny with the documentation to do with Work Permits, Passports, Medical Examination etc

- Full Medical Examination

- Interviewing the Nanny

- and all other preparations required before the Nanny arrives in Canada.

No Refunds will be issued.

Three Month Guarantee Replacement Nanny:
If you (the client) and your family are not completely satisfied or the Nanny does not work out within THREE MONTHS, we offer you one FREE replacement Nanny. The entire procedure of finding you the best Nanny possible will be done over at no cost to you (Agency Fee is waived). However, it will still be your responsibility to still pay the Recruitment Fee, and flight/travel expenses.

No Refunds will be issued.

I was wondering when all fees are paid and the nanny arrives what are the standard rates I would have to pay my nanny per week?
